Mussa(pbuh), His People

 قَالُواْ أُوذِينَا مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَأْتِينَا وَمِن بَعْدِ مَا جِئْتَنَا قَالَ عَسَى رَبُّكُمْ أَن يُهْلِكَ عَدُوَّكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفَكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرَ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ 7:129

وہ بولے کہ تمہارے آنے سے پہلے بھي ہم کو اذيتيں پہنچتي رہيں اور آنے کے بعد بھي. موسي? نے کہا کہ قريب ہے کہ تمہارا پروردگار تمہارے دشمن کو ہلاک کردے اور اس کي جگہ تمہيں زمين ميں خليفہ بنائے پھر ديکھے کہ تم کيسے عمل کرتے ہو 7:129

 7:129 [But the children of Israel ] said: "We have suffered hurt ere thou camest to us and since thou hast come to us!„ [Moses] replied: "It may well be that your Sustainer will destroy your foe and make you inherit the earth: and thereupon he will behold how you act." 7:129
