Shatan, Devil, Disobeyed Allah(swt)

 قَالَ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَلاَّ تَسْجُدَ إِذْ أَمَرْتُكَ قَالَ أَنَاْ خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ خَلَقْتَنِي مِن نَّارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُ مِن طِينٍ 7:12

(خدا نے) فرمايا جب ميں نے تجھ کو حکم ديا تو کس چيز نے تجھے سجدہ کرنے سے باز رکھا. اس نے کہا کہ ميں اس سے افضل ہوں. مجھے تو نے آگ سے پيدا کيا ہے اور اسے مٹي سے بنايا ہے 7:12

 7:12 [And God] said: "What has kept thee from prostrating thyself when I commanded thee?" Answered [Iblis]: "I am better than he: Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay."7:12
