Allah(swt), Rizak is in His Control

 وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا 65:3

اور اس کو ايسي جگہ سے رزق دے گا جہاں سے (وہم و) گمان بھي نہ ہو. اور جو خدا پر بھروسہ رکھے گا تو وہ اس کو کفايت کرے گا. خدا اپنے کام کو (جو وہ کرنا چاہتا ہے) پورا کرديتا ہے. خدا نے ہر چيز کا اندازہ مقرر کر رکھا ہے 65:3

 65:3 and provides for him in a manner beyond all expectation; and for everyone who places his trust in God He [alone] is enough. Verily, God always attains to His purpose: [and] indeed, unto everything has God appointed its [term and] measure.65:3

(Yousaf Ali)
 65:3 And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if any one puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is ((Allah)) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion.65:3
