وَذَرِ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُواْ دِينَهُمْ لَعِبًا وَلَهْوًا وَغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَذَكِّرْ بِهِ أَن تُبْسَلَ نَفْسٌ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ لَيْسَ لَهَا مِن دُونِ اللّهِ وَلِيٌّ وَلاَ شَفِيعٌ وَإِن تَعْدِلْ كُلَّ عَدْلٍ لاَّ يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهَا أُوْلَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ أُبْسِلُواْ بِمَا كَسَبُواْ لَهُمْ شَرَابٌ مِّنْ حَمِيمٍ وَعَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكْفُرُونَ 6:70 |

اور جن لوگوں نے اپنےدين کو کھيل اور تماشا بنا رکھا ہے اور دنيا کي زندگي نے ان کو دھوکے ميں ڈال رکھا ہے ان سے کچھ کام نہ رکھو ہاں اس (قرآن) کے ذريعے سے نصيحت کرتے رہو تاکہ (قيامت کے دن) کوئي اپنے اعمال کي سزا ميں ہلاکت ميں نہ ڈالا جائے (اس روز) خدا کےسوا نہ تو کوئي اس کا دوست ہوگا اور نہ سفارش کرنے والا. اور اگر وہ ہر چيز (جو روئے زمين پر ہے بطور) معاوضہ دينا چاہے تو وہ اس سے قبول نہ ہو يہي لوگ ہيں کہ اپنے اعمال کے وبال ميں ہلاکت ميں ڈالے گئے ان کے لئے پينے کو کھولتا ہوا پاني اور دکھ دينے والا عذاب ہے اس لئے کہ کفر کرتے تھے 6:70

6:70 And leave to themselves all those who, beguiled by the life of this world, have made play and passing delights their religion; but remind [them] herewith that [in the life to come] every human being shall be held in pledge for whatever wrong he has done, and shall have none to protect him from God, and none to intercede for him; and though he offer any conceivable ransom, it shall not be accepted from him. It is [people such as] these that shall be held in pledge for the wrong they have done; for them there is [in the life to come] a draught of burning despair and grievous suffering awaits them because of their persistent refusal to acknowledge the truth.6:70

6:70 Leave alone those who take their religion to be mere play and amusement, and are deceived by the life of this world. But proclaim (to them) this (truth): that every soul delivers itself to ruin by its own acts: it will find for itself no protector or intercessor except Allah. if it offered every ransom, (or reparation), none will be accepted: such is (the end of) those who deliver themselves to ruin by their own acts: they will have for drink (only) boiling water, and for punishment, one most grievous: for they persisted in rejecting Allah.6:70
