Allah(swt), does whatever he wills

 وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا صُمٌّ وَبُكْمٌ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ مَن يَشَإِ اللّهُ يُضْلِلْهُ وَمَن يَشَأْ يَجْعَلْهُ عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ 6:39

اور جن لوگوں نے ہماري آيتوں کو جھٹلايا وہ بہرے اور گونگے ہيں (اس کے علاوہ) اندھيرے ميں (پڑے ہوئے) جس کو خدا چاہے گمراہ کردے اور جسے چاہے سيدھے رستے پر چلا دے 6:39
