Allah(swt), Rizak is in His Control

 لِئَلَّا يَعْلَمَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ أَلَّا يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِّن فَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَأَنَّ الْفَضْلَ بِيَدِ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَاء وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ 57:29

(يہ باتيں) اس لئے (بيان کي گئي ہيں) کہ اہل کتاب جان ليں کہ وہ خدا کے فضل پر کچھ بھي قدرت نہيں رکھتے. اور يہ کہ فضل خدا ہي کے ہاتھ ہے جس کو چاہتا ہے ديتا ہے اورخدا بڑے فضل کا مالک ہے 57:29

 57:29 And the followers of earlier revelation should know that they have no power whatever over any of God’s bounty, seeing that all bounty is in God’s hand [alone]: He grants it unto whomever He wills - for God is limitless in His great bounty.57:29

 57:29 That the People of the Book may know that they have no power whatever over the Grace of Allah, that (His) Grace is (entirely) in His Hand, to bestow it on whomsoever He wills. For Allah is the Lord of Grace abounding.57:29
