Addressing, People of the Book

 يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ قَدْ جَاءكُمْ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ كَثِيرًا مِّمَّا كُنتُمْ تُخْفُونَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَيَعْفُو عَن كَثِيرٍ قَدْ جَاءكُم مِّنَ اللّهِ نُورٌ وَكِتَابٌ مُّبِينٌ 5:15

اے اہل کتاب! تمہارے پاس ہمارے پيغمبر (آخرالزماں) آ گئے ہيں کہ جو کچھ تم کتاب (الہ?ي) ميں سے چھپاتے تھے وہ اس ميں سے بہت کچھ تمہيں کھول کھول کر بتا ديتے ہيں اور تمہارے بہت سے قصور معاف کر ديتے ہيں بےشک تمہارے پاس خدا کي طرف سے نور اور روشن کتاب آ چکي ہے5:15

 5:15 O followers of the Bible! Now there has come unto you Our Apostle, to make clear unto you much of what you have been concealing [from yourselves) of the Bible, and to pardon much. Now there has come unto you from God a light, and a clear divine writ,5:15
