Those who do not believe

 وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُ إِلَيْكَ حَتَّى إِذَا خَرَجُوا مِنْ عِندِكَ قَالُوا لِلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ مَاذَا قَالَ آنِفًا أُوْلَئِكَ الَّذِينَ طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءهُمْ 47:16

اور ان ميں بعض ايسے بھي ہيں جو تمہاري طرف کان لگائے يہاں تک کہ (سب کچھ سنتے ہيں ليکن) جب تمہارے پاس سے نکل کر چلے جاتے ہيں تو جن لوگوں کو علم (دين) ديا گيا ہے ان سے کہتے ہيں کہ (بھلا) انہوں نے ابھي کيا کہا تھا؟ يہي لوگ ہيں جن کے دلوں پر خدا نے مہر لگا رکھي ہے اور وہ اپني خواہشوں کے پيچھے چل رہے ہيں47:16

 47:16 Now among those [hapless sinners] are such as [pretend to] listen to thee, [O Muhammad,] and then, as soon as they leave thy presence, speak [with scorn] unto those who have understood [thy mes­sage]: “What is it that he has said just now?” It is such as these whose hearts God has sealed because they [always] followed but their own lusts 47:16

 47:16 And among them are men who listen to thee, but in the end, when they go out from thee, they say to those who have received Knowledge, "What is it he said just then?" Such are men whose hearts Allah has sealed, and who follow their own lusts.47:16
