Allah(swt), Addressing Mushriks

 قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ شُرَكَاءكُمُ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ أَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقُوا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ أَمْ لَهُمْ شِرْكٌ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ أَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ كِتَابًا فَهُمْ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِّنْهُ بَلْ إِن يَعِدُ الظَّالِمُونَ بَعْضُهُم بَعْضًا إِلَّا غُرُورًا 35:40

بھلا تم نے اپنے شريکوں کو ديکھا جن کو تم خدا کے سوا پکارتے ہو. مجھے دکھاؤ کہ انہوں نے زمين سے کون سي چيز پيدا کي ہے يا (بتاؤ کہ) آسمانوں ميں ان کي شرکت ہے. يا ہم نے ان کو کتاب دي ہے تو وہ اس کي سند رکھتے ہيں (ان ميں سے کوئي بات بھي نہيں) بلکہ ظالم جو ايک دوسرے کو وعدہ ديتے ہيں محض فريب ہے 35:40

 35:40 Say: “Have you ever [really] considered those beings and forces to whom you ascribe a share in God’s divinity, [and] whom you invoke beside God? Show me what it is that they have created on earth - or do [you claim that] they have a share in [govern­ing] the heavens?” Have We ever vouchsafed them a divine writ on which they could rely as evidence [in support of their views]? Nay, [the hope which] the evildoers hold out to one another [is] nothing but a delusion. 35:40

 35:40 Say: "Have ye seen (these) 'Partners' of yours whom ye call upon besides Allah. Show Me what it is they have created in the (wide) earth. Or have they a share in the heavens? Or have We given them a Book from which they (can derive) clear (evidence)?- Nay, the wrong-doers promise each other nothing but delusions.35:40
