Allah(swt), does whatever he wills

 وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَآتَيْنَا كُلَّ نَفْسٍ هُدَاهَا وَلَكِنْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ مِنِّي لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ 32:13

اور اگر ہم چاہتے تو ہر شخص کو ہدايت دے ديتے. ليکن ميري طرف سے يہ بات قرار پاچکي ہے کہ ميں دوزخ کو جنوں اور انسانوں سب سے بھردوں گا 32:13
