Allah(swt), Causes Clouds, Thunder and Rain

 اللَّهُ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَيَبْسُطُهُ فِي السَّمَاء كَيْفَ يَشَاء وَيَجْعَلُهُ كِسَفًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهِ فَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِهِ مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ 30:48

خدا ہي تو ہے جو ہواؤں کو چلاتا ہے تو وہ بادل کو اُبھارتي ہيں. پھر خدا اس کو جس طرح چاہتا ہے آسمان ميں پھيلا ديتا اور تہ بتہ کر ديتا ہے پھر تم ديکھتے ہو کہ اس کے بيچ ميں سے مينھہ نکلنے لگتا ہے پھر جب وہ اپنے بندوں ميں سے جن پر چاہتا ہے اُسے برسا ديتا ہے تو وہ خوش ہو جاتے ہيں 30:48

 30:48 It is God who sends forth the winds [of hope], so that they raise a cloud - whereupon He spreads it over the skies as He wills, and causes it to break up so that thou seest rain issue from within it: and as soon as He causes it to fall upon whomever He wills of His servants - lo! they rejoice,30:48
