Allah(swt), Rizak is in His Control

 وَمَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ فِي الأَرْضِ إِلاَّ عَلَى اللّهِ رِزْقُهَا وَيَعْلَمُ مُسْتَقَرَّهَا وَمُسْتَوْدَعَهَا كُلٌّ فِي كِتَابٍ مُّبِينٍ 11:6

اور زمين پر کوئي چلنے پھرنے والا نہيں مگر اس کا رزق خدا کے ذمے ہے وہ جہاں رہتا ہے، اسے بھي جانتا ہے اور جہاں سونپا جاتا ہے اسے بھي. يہ سب کچھ کتاب روشن ميں (لکھا ہوا) ہے11:6

 11:6 And there is no living creature on earth but depends for its sustenance on God; and He knows its time-limit [on earth] and its resting-place [after death]: all [this] is laid down in [His] clear decree.11:6
